PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:3375 PID:SID 115 SPN:5397 FMI:31 Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Too Frequent – Condition Exists

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en

Reason:Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration too Frequent – Condition Exists. The system has detected the need for an active regeneration has occurred too soon following the last active regeneration. Effect:None on performance. Circuit Description:The ECM records the time from the completion of an active regeneration of the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter until the ECM request another active regeneration of the diesel particulate filter. Component Location:The aftertreatment diesel particulate filter is located in the exhaust system and is installed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Refer to the OEM service manual. Conditions for Running the Diagnostics:This diagnostic only runs after successful...

PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:3376 PID: SPN:5319 FMI:11 Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter Incomplete Regeneration – Condition Exists

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en

Reason:Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter Incomplete Regeneration – Condition Exists. The system has detected that the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter differential pressure is too high following an active regeneration. Effect:Possible frequent need for aftertreatment regeneration. Circuit Description:The engine aftertreatment system monitors the soot load in the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter. Under normal operating conditions, the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter is self-cleaning, where soot is converted to carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and water. Under light load operating conditions, it can be necessary to perform a stationary regeneration of the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter. The soot load in the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter is...

PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:338 PID:SID 87 SPN:1267 FMI:3 Idle Shutdown Vehicle Accessories Relay Driver Circuit – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en

Reason:Idle Shutdown Vehicle Accessories Relay Driver Circuit – Voltage Above Normal, or Shorted to High Source. Open circuit or short to voltage source detected at the idle shutdown vehicle accessory/ignition bus relay circuit. Effect:Vehicle accessories or ignition bus loads controlled by the idle shutdown relay will not power up. Circuit Description:The Engine Control Module (ECM) Idle Shutdown feature has an optional parameter for a shutdown accessory relay. When this parameter is set to “Installed”, the ECM sends a signal to energize the relay and turn off vehicle accessories during idle shutdown events. The idle shutdown relay return circuit varies by...

PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:3385 PID:105 SPN:105 FMI:1 Intake Manifold 1 Temperature – Data Valid But Below Normal Operational Range – Moderately Severe Level

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en

Reason:Intake Manifold 1 Temperature – Data Valid But Below Normal Operational Range – Moderately Severe Level. The intake manifold temperature is below a critical threshold Effect:None on performance. Circuit Description:The Engine Control Module (ECM) provides 5 volts to the intake manifold temperature signal circuit, and monitors the change in voltage caused by changes in the resistance of the sensor to determine the intake manifold temperature. When the intake air is cold, the sensor (or thermistor) resistance is high. The ECM signal voltage only pulls down a small amount through the sensor to a ground. Therefore, the ECM senses a high...
