Detroit DD13 EPA10 (2010-13) Fault Code: SPN 4077 FMI 4 (MCM) Doser Fuel Line Pressure Sensor Circuit Failed Low
Publicado por Diezel Solutions en
DESCRIPTION:This fault code sets when the motor control module (MCM) detects that the hydrocarbon (HC) doser fuel line pressure (FLP) sensor circuit is failed low. MONITORED PARAMETER:Hydrocarbon (HC) doser fuel line pressure sensor. TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:Always enabled MONITOR SEQUENCE:None EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Always enabled TYPICAL DURATION:Two seconds DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL ENGINE REACTION:None VERIFICATION:Engine Idle: One minute. PROBABLE CAUSES:1. If 4077-3 and 94-3 are present, repair the open between pin 104 of the ECM 120-pin connector and pin 4 (or pin 2 on DD15 engines) of the hydrocarbon doser fuel lines pressure sensors.2. Failed fuel line pressure (FLP) sensor.3. Wiring between the...
Detroit DD13 EPA10 (2010-13) Fault Code: SPN 4100 FMI 13 (MCM, ACM) Motor Control Module or the Aftertreatment Control Module Software Not Compatible
Publicado por Diezel Solutions en
NOTE: This fault indicates the vehicle contains incompatible motor control module (MCM) or the aftertreatment control module (ACM) software versions. Clear the fault, and if fault again becomes active, MCM/ACM software must be reprogrammed to the correct level. If fault does not become active, release the vehicle. NOTE: Please see the step by step troubleshooting procedures for this specific code. NOTE: The engine ECMs need to be reprogrammed to the correct levels.
