DESCRIPTION:Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) coolant valve circuit failed high.
MONITORED PARAMETER:DEF coolant valve.
TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:DEF tank temperature less than 36°F and engine coolant temperature greater than 32°F.
EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Continuous when enabling conditions met.
DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL
VERIFICATION:Output component test.
NOTE: If code not active, release vehicle to customer.
PROBABLE CAUSES:1. DEF coolant valve harness connector.2. Wiring between DEF coolant valve harness connector and the 120-pin ECM connection.
