The ECM detects the following conditions: •The intake manifold air temperature is greater than 90 °C (194.0 °F) for more than four seconds.•The engine has been running for at least 30 seconds.•The engine coolant temperature is above 99 °C (210.0 °F). Probable Causes 1) Coolant level low2) Debris/low air flow through charge air cooler3) Heavy load on engine + high ambient air temperature

The ECM detects the following conditions: •The intake manifold air temperature is greater than 109 °C (228 °F) for more than two seconds.•The engine has been running for at least 30 seconds.•The engine coolant temperature is above 99 °C (210 °F). Probable Causes: 1) Engine coolant low2) Debris/low air flow in the charge air cooler3) Heavy load + high ambient air temperature

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions: •The fuel temperature is above 90 °C (194 °F) for more than 30 seconds.•The engine has been running for at least three minutes. This is a warning code only, no troubleshooting is needed.

The ECM detects the following conditions: •There is a low current condition (open circuit) in auxiliary output 02. The solenoid that is currently enabled will remain in the ON position until neutral is detected. Then manual operation occurs until the system powers down. Manual operation is defined as both solenoids OFF. Probable Causes: 1) ECM Connector/harness2) Shift solenoid failure3) Shift solenoid relay4) Wiring between shift solenoid and ECM5) Gear ratios are programmed incorrectly in the ECM

Probable Causes: 1) ECM Connector/harness2) Shift solenoid failure3) Shift solenoid relay4) Wiring between shift solenoid and ECM5) Gear ratios are programmed incorrectly in the ECM
