Publicado por Diezel Solutions en
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P0094 Common Rail Pump Unit Control – Incorrect SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the common rail pump delivery (correction) is more than 25% for more than 4 seconds. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs when the rail pressure control state is: Pump unit only. CORRESPONDING OBD READINESS MONITOR:None RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. REPAIR VERIFICATION:1. Clear all DTCs.2. Test drive or operate the vehicle to meet the diagnostic conditions and set conditions.3. Did the DTC come back?– No, repair successful– Yes, repair unsuccessful POSSIBLE CAUSES:1. Only...

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P0095 Intercooler Temperature – Data Erratic, Intermittent or Incorrect SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the measured intercooler temperature sensor differs more than 3°C [5.4°F] from the average of other temperature sensor readings on the engine for more than 5 seconds (after the ignition has been keyed off for at least 8 hours). DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs:1. When the ignition has been keyed off continuously for at least 8 hours2. Difference between the coolant temperature and ambient temperature is less than 15°C [59°F]3. Ambient temperature is more than -20°C [-4°F] CORRESPONDING OBD READINESS...

Publicado por Diezel Solutions en
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P009A Ambient Temperature – Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the measured ambient temperature differs too much from the calculated ambient temperature for more than 300 seconds. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs:1. 300 seconds after an engine start and2. When the engine is running at a steady load and3. Vehicle speed is above 35 km/h [22 mph] RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. POSSIBLE CAUSES:1. Ambient temperature sensor deviation2. Humidity sensor deviation ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:1. The measured ambient temperature is compared with the...
