DESCRIPTION:Fuel quantity high detected.

MONITORED PARAMETER:Injector quantity

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:Steady state drive & no regen.

MONITOR SEQUENCE:None

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Continuous when enabling conditions met.

TYPICAL DURATION:Two minutes

DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL

ENGINE REACTION:Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:Steady Engine RPM 1400 – 1500 (2 minute).

NOTE: If any other fault codes are active, fix those first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:1. failed intake manifold temperature sensor.2. Intake manifold temperature sensor connector/harness.3. EGR delta P sensor.4. EGR delta P sensor connector/harness.5. EGR system leaks (Check for soot).6. Remove the DPF and check for blockage or contamination (Coolant, fuel, oil, etc…).7. Check the entire exhaust system (including the EGR) for leaks.8. Perform stationary regen.
