TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:Always enabled

MONITOR SEQUENCE:None

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Always enabled

TYPICAL DURATION:Two seconds

DASH LAMPS:CEL

ENGINE REACTION:40% derate, limited to 55 mph.

VERIFICATION:1. Parked SCR efficiency test for extended SCR faults.2. High idle regeneration for DPF and NOx faults.

NOTE: If code 3364-xx present, fix that first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Check all DEF supply lines for damage or leaks.2. DEF tank is contaminated with gas, diesel, water, etc…3. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor.4. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
