TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:1. Start with engine shut off.2. Idle speed less than 900 rpm.3. Coolant temperature greater than 65°C (149°F).4. DPF zone 0.

ENGINE REACTION:Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:1. Start with ignition shut off.2. Start engine.3. Warm up by driving vehicle so that coolant temperature greater than 65°C (149°F).4. Let vehicle idle for greater than 5 min at less than 900 rpm.

NOTE: If there are codes present for EGR system, fix those first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Intake manifold temperature sensor.2. Intake manifold temperature sensor harness.3. Charge air outlet.
