Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 482 PID: P094 SPN: 94 FMI: 1/18 Fuel Pressure Low – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level.
The fuel pressure is monitored by the ECM. If the rail fuel pressure is lower than an acceptable level for a given set of engine operating conditions, the fault code is logged.
Possible causes:
1)A damaged or sticking drain-back valve located in the fuel supply circuit in the integrated fuel system module (IFSM). The IFSM is located directly above the fuel lift pump.
Possible repairs:
1)Fill the fuel tanks.2)Prime the fuel system.3)Repair or replace the fuel lift pump.4)Repair or replace the fuel shutoff valve.5)Replace the 1724 kPa [250 psi] regulator.6)Replace the suction-side fuel filter or repair the cause of high inlet restriction.7)Repair or replace the fuel shutoff valve.8)Replace the pressure fuel filter.9)Replace the rail fuel pressure sensor.
Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 449 PID: P094 SPN: 94 FMI: 0/16 Fuel Pressure High – Warning. High fuel pressure was detected at the fuel rail in the IFSM.
Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 443 PID: S221 SPN: 1043 FMI: 4/4 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Supply Voltage Circuit – shorted low. Low voltage detected at sensor supply circuit to the accelerator pedal position sensor.
Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 435 PID: P100 SPN: 100 FMI: 2/2 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit – data incorrect. An error in the engine oil pressure sensor signal was detected by the ECM.
Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 434 PID: S251 SPN: 627 FMI: 2/2 Power Lost Without Ignition OFF. Supply voltage to the ECM fell below 6.2 volts momentarily, or the ECM was not allowed to power down correctly (retain battery voltage for 30 seconds after key OFF).

Cummins ISM CM875 (2003-06) Fault Code: 432 PID: S230 SPN: 558 FMI: 13/13 Accelerator Pedal Idle Validation Circuit – out of calibration. Voltage at idle validation on-idle and off-idle circuit does not match accelerator pedal position.
