DETECTION CONDITIONS:
The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers that the current is above 3.9 A.

SYMPTOM:
1. Preheating not functioning.
2. Difficult to start in extreme cold.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Short circuit to higher voltage.
2. Defective relay.
