PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 599 PID: SID 025 SPN: 640 FMI: 14 Auxiliary Commanded Dual Output Shutdown – Special Instructions. The engine protection limit has been exceeded for the dual outputs calibrated limits.

Verify the electronic control module (ECM) calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history found on QuickServe® Online for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM.

This fault code is activated when one of the OEM defined inputs has exceeded a calibratible limit. The triggers for shutdown are OEM dependent.

Possible repairs:

1)Replace the OEM harness.
2)If necessary, recalibrate the ECM.

PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 598 PID: 167 SPN: 167 FMI: 1 Electrical Charging System Voltage – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Most Severe Level. Very low battery voltage detected by the battery voltage monitor feature.
PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 597 PID: 167 SPN: 167 FMI: 1 Electrical Charging System Voltage – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level. Low battery voltage detected by the battery voltage monitor feature.
PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 596 PID: 167 SPN: 167 FMI: 0 Electrical Charging System Voltage – Data Valid But Above Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level. High battery voltage detected by the battery voltage monitor feature.
PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 585 PID: SID 039 SPN: 677 FMI: 4 Starter Relay Driver Circuit – Voltage Below Normal or Shorted to Low Source. Low voltage detected at starter lockout circuit.
PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 584 PID: SID 39 SPN: 677 FMI: 3 Starter Relay Driver Circuit – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source. Open circuit or high voltage detected at starter lockout circuit.
PACCAR PX-8 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 559 (ISC/ISL) PID: 157 SPN: 157 FMI: 18 Injector Metering Rail 1 Pressure – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level. The engine control module (ECM) has detected that fuel pressure is lower than commanded pressure.
