Verify the ECM calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history found on QuickServe™ Online for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM. If necessary, calibrate the ECM.
This fault code indicates that water has been detected in the water separation fuel filter. Drain the water from the fuel filter.
If this fault code is active and there is no water in the fuel filter, a malfunctioning water-in-fuel sensor is a likely cause.
Reference the appropriate OEM wiring diagram when troubleshooting circuits that utilize wiring supplied by the OEM.
