ENGINE REACTION:
Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:
Parked regeneration.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Inspect the entire air intake system for leaks, including the charge air cooler.
2. Intake manifold pressure/temperature sensor.
3. Intake manifold pressure/temperature sensor connector/harness.
