PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Inspect the DOC outlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
2. Check connections upstream of the ECM (ATD harness 10-pin connector, VIH 31-pin connector, and MCM 120-pin connector).
3. DOC outlet temperature sensor.
4. Failed cylinder injector.
5. Inspect the DPF face for oil or coolant contamination – if present, find source.
6. Perform a parked regen.
