VERIFICATION:SCR efficiency test.
NOTE: If code 3246-15 active, fix that first.
PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Inspect all connectors and wiring upstream of the ACM (SCR inlet temp, ATD harness 10-pin connector, VIH 47-pin connector, and ECM 120-pin connector).2. SCR outlet temperature sensor.3. SCR outlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
