Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC)
1) This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is set only when the ignition key is held in the start position for approximately 3 s

Diagnostic operating conditions
1) Ignition key in ON position

Observable symptoms
1) Starter motor does not run
2) Automatic dipped beam is not turned off when the ignition key is in ignition position

Probable cause
1) Wire between Engine Control Module (ECM) and starter motor relay
2) Starter motor relay (K65)
3) ECM – Engine Control Module
