PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:125 PID:102 SPN:102 FMI:18 Intake Manifold 1 Pressure – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
Reason:Intake Manifold 1 Pressure – Data Valid But Below Normal Operating Range – Moderately Severe Level. Intake manifold pressure is below the minimum operating limit. Effect:Possible reduced engine performance. Circuit Description:The engine control module (ECM) provides a 5 volt supply to the intake manifold pressure sensor on the sensor supply circuit. The ECM also provides a ground on the sensor return circuit. The intake manifold pressure sensor provides a signal to the ECM on the intake manifold pressure sensor signal circuit. This sensor signal voltage changes based on the pressure in the intake manifold. Component Location:The intake manifold 1 pressure/temperature...
PACCAR PX-9 CM2350 (2013-17) Fault Code:131 PID:91 SPN:91 FMI:3 Accelerator Pedal or Lever Position Sensor 1 Circuit – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
Reason:Accelerator Pedal or Lever Position Sensor 1 Circuit – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source. High voltage detected at accelerator pedal position number 1 circuit. Effect:The engine will operate in Limp Home mode. Circuit Description:The accelerator position sensor is a Hall effect sensor attached to the accelerator pedal. The accelerator position sensor varies the signal voltage to the engine control module (ECM) as the accelerator pedal is depressed and released. Low signal voltage is received by the ECM when the accelerator pedal is at 0 percent. A high signal voltage is received by the ECM when the accelerator...

Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
Reason:Remote Accelerator Pedal or Lever Position Sensor 1 Circuit – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source. High signal voltage detected at remote accelerator position signal circuit. Effect:Remote accelerator will not operate. Circuit Description:The remote accelerator position sensor is a potentiometer attached to the remote accelerator lever. The remote accelerator position sensor varies the signal voltage to the engine control module (ECM) as the remote accelerator lever is depressed and released. Low signal voltage is received by the ECM when the remote accelerator lever is at 0 percent. A high signal voltage is received by the ECM when the...
