PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P1137 Lambda Sensor Heater Power Supply – Incorrect
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P1137 Lambda Sensor Heater Power Supply – Incorrect SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the power supply to control the lambda sensor heater is less than 9 V for more than five seconds. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs continuously when the engine is running. RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. POSSIBLE CAUSES:Power supply to the PCI ECU ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The PCI ECU uses the oxygen concentration in the exhaust measured by the lambda sensor (F834) to determine the air/fuel ratio of the combustion process. The sensor has an...

PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P1138 Lambda Sensor Heater – Voltage Too Low or Short Circuit to Ground on ECU (D420) Pin (C46) SET CONDITIONS:This DTC is set when the ECU detects a lower voltage than expected on the signal or control circuit of the ECU. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:The diagnostic runs continuously when the ignition is keyed on. RESET CONDITION:The DTC changes to inactive after the diagnostic runs and passes. POSSIBLE CAUSES:1. The sensor or actuator signal wiring is interrupted.2. The sensor or actuator signal wiring has a short circuit to ground.3. A malfunction in the power supply of the...
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P1139 Lambda Sensor Calibration – Malfunction
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P1139 Lambda Sensor Calibration – Malfunction SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the calibration phase of the lambda sensor has been completed unsuccessfully after several attempts. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs when the lambda sensor operating status is calibration. RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. POSSIBLE CAUSES:Faulty lambda sensor ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:1. The PCI ECU uses the oxygen concentration in the exhaust measured by the lambda sensor (F834) to determine the air/fuel ratio of the combustion process. The sensor has an integrated heater to maintain a sensor operating...
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P113A Lambda Sensor Temperature – Unable to Reach Target
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P113A Lambda Sensor Temperature – Unable to Reach Target SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the temperature of the lambda sensor is not within the expected values within 25 seconds or exceeds a safe maximum value. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs when the lambda sensor (F834) is in the operating mode. RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. POSSIBLE CAUSES:Faulty lambda sensor ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The PCI ECU uses the oxygen concentration in the exhaust measured by the lambda sensor (F834) to determine the air/fuel ratio of the combustion process....
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P113B Lambda Sensor Controller – Incorrect
Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op
PACCAR MX (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: P113B Lambda Sensor Controller – Incorrect SET CONDITIONS:The PCI ECU (D420) detects that the lambda sensor heater controller inside the PCI ECU is malfunctioning. DIAGNOSTIC CONDITION:This diagnostic runs continuously when the engine is running. RESET CONDITION:This DTC changes to inactive when the fault is no longer detected. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The PCI ECU uses the oxygen concentration in the exhaust measured by the lambda sensor (F834) to determine the air/fuel ratio of the combustion process. The sensor has an integrated heater to maintain a sensor operating temperature of approximately 750°C [1382°F].
