Verify the electronic control module (ECM) calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history found on QuickServe® Online for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM.
This fault code is activated when the temperature input from the OEM sensor exceeds the engine protection limit defined by the OEM. An engine power derate is possible depending on the OEM application.
1)Replace the OEM harness.
2)If necessary, recalibrate the ECM.
