Detroit DD16 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 702 FMI 4 (CPC) Top 2 Shift Solenoid – Indicates a Short to Ground on Pin 08 Circuit of the CPC #3 Connector

NOTE: The common powertrain controller (CPC) digital outputs have the same SPN as some motor control module (MCM) faults. The diagnostic service tool 7 X makes the distinction between the MCM and CPC when diagnosing a fault.

NOTE: Top 2 shift solenoid – indicates a short to ground on pin 08 circuit of the CPC #3 connector.
