VERIFICATION:
1. Coolant temperature greater than 80°C (176°F).
2. Then engine off for 15 seconds.
3. Then Key on.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. EGR delta p sensor failure.
2. EGR delta p connector/harness.
3. EGR delta p pressure ports blocked.
