CAT 3126B Fault Code: 105-11 PID: Flash Code 64 SPN: 1636 FMI: 16 Very High Intake Manifold Air Temperature

Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op

The ECM detects the following conditions: •The intake manifold air temperature is greater than 109 °C (228 °F) for more than two seconds.•The engine has been running for at least 30 seconds.•The engine coolant temperature is above 99 °C (210 °F). Probable Causes: 1) Engine coolant low2) Debris/low air flow in the charge air cooler3) Heavy load + high ambient air temperature

CAT 3126B Fault Code: 108-03 PID: Flash Code 26 SPN: 108 FMI: 3 Barometric Pressure voltage high

Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions: •The signal voltage from the atmospheric pressure sensor is greater than 4.9 VDC for more than 30 seconds.•The ECM has been powered for at least two seconds. The Engine Control Module (ECM) continuously creates a pull-up voltage on the signal wire for each sensor. The ECM uses this pull-up voltage in order to detect a problem in the signal circuit. When the ECM detects voltage that is above a threshold on the signal wire, the ECM activates a -3 diagnostic code. When the ECM detects voltage that is below a threshold...

CAT 3126B Fault Code: 108-04 PID: Flash Code 26 SPN: 108 FMI: 4 Barometric Pressure voltage low

Geplaatst door Diezel Solutions op

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions: •The signal voltage from the atmospheric pressure sensor is less than 0.2 VDC for more than 30 seconds.•The ECM has been powered for at least two seconds.•The engine is not running or the engine has been running for more than ten seconds. The Engine Control Module (ECM) continuously creates a pull-up voltage on the signal wire for each sensor. The ECM uses this pull-up voltage in order to detect a problem in the signal circuit. When the ECM detects voltage that is above a threshold on the signal wire, the ECM...
