PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. DEF tank contaminated (fuel, water, etc…).
2. DEF pressure sensor failure.
3. DEF pressure sensor connector/harness.
4. Perform stationary regen.
5. DEF air supply lines cracked/leaked/kinked.
