Verify the electronic control module (ECM) calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history found on Quickserve™ Online for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM. If necessary, recalibrate the ECM.
This check is only performed at keyswitch OFF, during the ECM powerdown. During this diagnostic check, the ECM monitors the value of the EGR differential pressure sensor. If this value is outside of a specified range, Fault Code 1866 is set active.
1)Clean the EGR differential pressure sensor flow ports.
2)Replace the EGR differential pressure sensor.
3)Replace the ECM.
4)Replace the engine harness.

PACCAR PX-6 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 1695 PID: SID 232 SPN: 3513 FMI: 3 Sensor Supply 5 – Voltage Above Normal or Shorted to High Source. High voltage detected at sensor supply number 5 circuit in the OEM harness.
PACCAR PX-6 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 1691 PID: SPN: 3250 FMI: 13 Catalyst Efficiency – Out of Calibration. The temperature increase across the aftertreatment diesel oxidation catalyst is lower than expected.
PACCAR PX-6 CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 1676 PID: SPN: 3249 FMI: 2 Aftertreatment Exhaust Gas Temperature 2 – Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect. The aftertreatment diesel particulate filter inlet temperature sensor is not changing with engine operating conditions.
